I think the problem is that newer folks won’t get exposure. Plus, it takes practice to write good jokes that people respond to.

I think people would miss it. There’s a fair amount of participating users who only ever make it to those boards. I was going to suggest dropping the RT requirement for them but not Top (or staggering it), but it looks like you’re going the other way
